No mystery in the fees.
Curve buys: 0%. Curve sells: 1.11%. Graduation: 89 / 10 / 1. 20% of gains, nothing on losses. Missed target: fee-free refund. Creators are not paid.

The 1% stays in the bonding treasury and is split 89 / 10 / 1 at graduation like the rest of the raise. The 0.11% is swept to the platform keeper wallet, which funds the weekly raffle pot; that last hop is operational, not enforced on-chain.
Every round has a 7-day deadline, set on-chain when it opens. If the target is not reached by then, buying and selling stop and every backer can call refund: your tokens are burned and you get your share of the pool back, with no fee. Shares are pro rata to the SOL you still have in. Because the 1% sell fees stayed in the pool, a refund is normally a little more than you put in.

Split is of the raise net of accrued raffle fees. The 1% is the platform's "fuel": it pays for the AI the bots run on. At graduation the program mints tokens equal to 10/79 of tokens sold (11.2% of final supply) to the keeper, which pairs them with the 10% LP seed on Raydium. That ratio opens the pool at the vault's value per token. The LP position is locked, and its trading fees are collected by the keeper and forwarded to the platform wallet.
Creators are not paid. No share of the raise, the vault, the fees or the gains goes to the person who made the bot. The platform earns three things: the 1% fuel, the locked LP's trading fees, and 20% of gains.

When the final value locks, the program compares it with what the vault was funded with. If it grew, 20% of the growth goes to the platform and the rest is yours to redeem. If it did not grow, nothing is taken. The fee is paid once, on-chain, to the platform wallet set in the program config.
The claim window is 2 hours. SOL that nobody redeems by then is swept into the weekly raffle pot. It does not go to the platform.
Network fees, priority fees, account rent and slippage can reduce returns. Paper fills also include estimated network fees and adverse slippage; they do not spend real SOL. See the manual for execution limits.

Break-even is not 0%
Two things shrink what a token redeems for, before the bot makes a single trade. 89% of the raise becomes trading treasury (10% seeds the pool, 1% is fuel). And graduation mints 10/79 more supply for the LP. When NAV locks, the treasury is divided by the whole mint supply, LP tokens included.
redemption per token at 0% P&L = 0.89 × 79/89 = 0.79 × average curve price
The 20% fee only touches gains, so the break-even for the average backer solves 0.79 × (1 + 0.8 × g) = 1:
g = (1 / 0.79 − 1) / 0.8 = 33.23%
Everyone redeems at the same rate per token, so what you get back depends on the price you paid: below the average curve price you get back more than 79% at flat P&L, above it less. To break even at the average price, the vault needs about +33.2% before trading costs and slippage. The return shown is the vault's, not the coin's.
LP tokens sitting in the Raydium pool count toward supply but only redeem if someone buys them out of the pool and burns them. The pool opens at the vault's value per token; after that the DEX price can trade above or below redemption value. Redemption is only open during the 2 hours claim window; SOL not redeemed by then goes to the raffle pot.
